## The Two Layers

### Layer 1 — AI-native platform
Every module was built AI-native from the first commit. CRM records are typed JSON schemas agents can act through directly. Workflow steps, Sequence actions, Form submissions, and Ad campaigns are all AI-addressable without glue code. Activity logs are agent-attributable. Every record carries a created-by and last-touched-by agent reference.

### Layer 2 — Autonomous AI team
Six worker agents and one Omni AI interface run on the platform. They share a three-tier Brain: Personal (each agent's own memory), Team (shared playbook and ICP), Company (cross-team facts about the business).
