Thank you for subscribing to Ektie. As a SaaS platform, we are committed to delivering value through seamless and secure digital services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refunds, in accordance with applicable Indian laws and RBI guidelines.
1. Subscription & Billing

Ektie offers subscription-based access to our platform and tools.

Billing is processed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

All payments are securely processed via RBI-compliant payment gateways.
2. Free Trial & Evaluation

We offer a 7-day free trial (or specify your actual trial duration) so you can evaluate Ektie before committing.

No charges are made during the trial unless you manually upgrade to a paid plan.

We recommend using the free trial to assess the platform’s suitability for your business.
3. Refunds
Eligibility:

Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions once billed.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 15 days, subject to review.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Partial months of service.

Downtime caused by user error or third-party issues.

Plans canceled after the billing cycle has started.
Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.

As per RBI guidelines, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

No cash or alternate account refunds are allowed.
4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancellation will prevent future billing, but your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

No cancellation fees apply.
5. Payment Failures & Chargebacks

In case of payment failure, your account may be suspended until dues are cleared.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
