About Ektie

We built the AI team
we wished we had.

Ektie was born from a frustration every founder knows: you're doing everything yourself. Sales. Marketing. Ads. CRM. Content. Strategy. Pipeline. Analytics. All competing for the same person's attention.

The problem
we lived.

We tried the usual solutions. Apollo for prospecting. A sequence tool for outreach. HubSpot for the CRM. ChatGPT for copy. Google Ads dashboard for campaigns. SEMrush for SEO. Nothing talked to each other. Every insight required manual transfer. Every iteration started from scratch.

And the tools we did use optimized for volume — more emails, more sequences, more sends. But the deals that actually closed came from the 5% of prospects where we'd done real research. We were blasting thousands to get to the handful that mattered.

AI chatbots were supposed to help. They didn't — not really. They answered when we asked, but they didn't wake up in the morning, check what needed to be done, and execute. They forgot everything between sessions. There was no quality control. No learning. No management.

So we asked a different question: What if AI wasn't a tool you prompted — but a team you hired?

Not chatbots. Not automations. A team that wakes up on its own, reasons about what needs to happen, executes, and learns from results — getting better over time without being retrained. With a real management hierarchy — directors that review output, provide coaching, and hold standards.

That's what we built. Ektie is an AI-native B2B GTM platform where you hire a team — an SDR, a Marketing Manager, an Ad Manager, an Account Executive — and directors to supervise them. You coach them in plain English. They remember everything. They work around the clock.

Every business should have access to an AI workforce that runs their go-to-market.

Not a chatbot. Not another SaaS tool. A genuine AI team — with permanent memory, coaching that sticks, and built-in supervision — that executes on its own and gets better every week.

The vision

Today, only companies with large GTM teams can run sophisticated go-to-market motions. Solo founders, small teams, and resource-constrained organisations are stuck doing everything manually or cobbling together disconnected tools. We're changing that. Ektie makes autonomous AI agents accessible to any business — from a one-person startup to a scaling enterprise.

The mission

Build the platform that makes AI agents a practical, autonomous workforce for B2B go-to-market. A team that remembers your business, applies your coaching permanently, and improves with every interaction. Quality built into the system through directors and a real management hierarchy — not dashboards you have to watch.

The principles that guide
everything we build.

01

AI should work for you, not just with you.

Most AI tools are research assistants you prompt. We believe AI should own responsibilities, execute autonomously, and learn from experience — not wait to be asked.

02

Quality needs management.

Autonomous doesn't mean uncontrolled. Director agents provide quality gates, coaching, and escalation — just like a real management hierarchy.

03

Memory makes the difference.

An AI that forgets between sessions is a tool. An AI with persistent memory that learns your business is a team member. Coaching sticks. Experience accumulates.

04

Transparency is non-negotiable.

Every agent action is logged. Every decision is attributable. You can see exactly what happened and why. No black box. No magic claims.

05

Simplicity over complexity.

Powerful software doesn't have to be complicated. When software is simple, businesses focus on growing — not learning tools.

06

Customer success over features.

We don't build features for the sake of it. We build what businesses need to succeed. Customer feedback drives the roadmap.

The platform behind the team
is built for agents to run on.

CRM, sequences, workflows, forms, LinkedIn automation — all connected, all AI-native. The hand-offs between modules are how the team coordinates. No human plumbing between tools.
